SEMIDEP guarantees you the active participation and support of its own team and its institutional partners, both experienced in making your location as easy as possible. With easy road and sea access, the zone is linked directly with the leading urban centers of the Mediterranean Basin. An expressway network connecting it with the largest cities in France and northern Europe, as well as two nearby international airports (Marseille-Provence and Toulon-Hyères), put the site within just a few hours of the continent's main capital cities. Drawing on a long tradition of naval construction and proven industrial know-how, the basin of La Ciotat has an experienced and skilled workforce at its disposal, which is further strengthened by the proximity of several universities and technology institutes in Marseille, Aix-en-Provence and Toulon.

| Proven industrial expertise in the shipbuilding industry is bringing the site back to life with the creation of a technical platform designed for the Yachting Industry and affiliated maritime activities. The site is being reconverted thanks to a development program co-financed by Europe, the French State and the regional government. The European Union has classified la Ciotat as an Objective 2 Zone. Three teams of town planners, including well-known architects and experts in designing industrial parks, have drawn up a development plan offering the best possible location for companies that share a common expertise in the Yachting Industry. |  |
