MARITIME INDUSTRY AND AFFILIATED ACTIVITIES ZONE :

With the arrival of Monaco Marine, the Maritime Industry and Affiliated Activities Zone (DIAM) confirms its identity as a prime site for the Luxury Yachting sector.

With a HQE ISO 9002 technical platform located on a hard standing area of 34,450 square feet, equipped with a 2000-tonne capacity yacht lift and yacht transfer systems, Monaco Marine could accommodate and work on as many as 12 units of 195 to 260 feet at a time.
  

The Monaco Marine site will also house all the associated workshops for yacht building and repairs, in particular several dry painting hangars, including one of 330 feet in length.

The work area at the rear of the technical platform will make it possible for SEMIDEP to put a series of modular workshops at the disposal of potential subcontractors, and the spaces available on the site will allow new companies in the Luxury Yachting sector to establish themselves.
