Industry and Affiliated Activities Zone has inherited a system of infrastructures
unparalleled in the Mediterranean. On an 85-acre site under 24-hour
surveillance, we offer you a range of lifting apparatus for 6 to 660
tons, construction and repair docks for the Yachting Industry, wet docks,
a large dry-dock 1200 feet long, and fully equipped working and storage
areas. The site has a total dock length of 5000 feet, as well as industrial
and service sector premises. The combination of all these assets makes
the Maritime Industry and Affiliated Activities Zone The location for

an 85-acre site under 24-hour surveillance, companies establishing themselves
in the Maritime Industry Zone can take advantage of the existing high-performance
installations already in place. They include: • Direct sea access. • 1 wet dock 1650 feet long and 115 feet wide. • A major dry-dock 1200 feet long, 200 feet wide and 30 feet deep. • A graving dock 180 feet long and 10 feet deep. • 2 Krupp gantry cranes of 500 and 660 tons. • 10 cranes (Krupp, Man, Titan, Wisbech) ranging from 3 to 250 tons. • 5000 feet of docks with a water depth of 23 to 36 feet, equipped with cranes and electrical power points. • An electrical power supply of 400 to 800 amperes. • A compressed air supply of 32 millibars. • A pressurized saltwater main running around the docks • A 17-acre working area in the process of being equipped with a large boat lift • Numerous workshops and hangars, completely supplied with portable equipment such as trolleys, welding stations, etc... • Office buildings and administrative quarters |
